Jake is the Head of Analytics Research within the LSEG Data & Analytics business and leads research initiatives across Yield Book, Lipper, and StarMine. Jake and his team develop advanced quantitative, data-driven, and GenAI models and research in the spaces of securitized finance, fund performance, and equities. Additionally, Jake is a thought leader and sought-after speaker at numerous industry conferences delving into current topics including GenAI, the US economy, and a special focus on mortgage market themes and trends.

Jake is a residential mortgage performance modeling expert with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining LSEG, Jake was the Head of Analytics at Laurel Road and has worked in modelling and trading roles in RMBS and other fixed income products at AIG, Brevan Howard US Asset Management, and Lehman Brothers.

Jake holds an MA (en route) in Statistics from Yale University and a BA (Hons) in Statistics from the University of Chicago.

GQ Xiang is a Managing Director at Barclays, serving as Global Co-Head of Agency CMO and Head of Agency CMBS. He oversees new issue origination, trading, structuring, and global distribution across all CMO and Agency CMBS products. Since joining Barclays at the end of 2025, the platform has achieved Top 3 positioning in CMO, Top 2 in GNPL, and Top 2 in Freddie PC for the first half of 2026.

Mr. Xiang previously led the CMO franchise at BMO Capital Markets, which he built into the largest Agency CMO origination platform globally. Over a decade, he grew annual issuance from $6 billion to $80 billion, ranking #1 in league table with 22% market share. His approach integrates deep product and market expertise with technology-driven analytics and investment process. Prior to BMO, he served as portfolio manager of Citi's $200 billion mortgage loan portfolio.

Mr. Xiang holds BS in Financial Engineering from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and MS in Quantitative Finance from Fordham University

Irene Shi joined London Stock Exchange Group in 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Agency RMBS Researcher at Yield Book. She plays a key role in driving market research and quantitative modeling efforts in Agency RMBS, with a focus on prepayment modeling and mortgage data analytics, supporting model development, analytics, and client-facing applications.

Erhai Liu currently leads Agency MBS/CMO/CLO trading at CITIC Securities and has over 10 years’ trading experience across both US and Chinese securitization market. Prior to CITIC Securities, he worked at Apollo Global Management where he had traded most US securitized products with a focus on Non-agency MBS, CMBS, as well as agency MBS and CMO.

Hongyang (Tony) Yu holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. He began his career at Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia before working as a Rates Quantitative Researcher in New York City at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Barclays, focusing on vanilla and exotic rates derivatives pricing and modeling. He subsequently joined Boston-based hedge fund Bracebridge Capital as a Rates and Options Strategist, where he developed G4 rates and options relative value strategies. In late 2024, Tony returned to Hong Kong and joined China Galaxy International's FICC Department as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing macro, agency MBS, and financing strategies.
