As Director of the Agriculture & Weather Research team within LSEG's Commodities Research team, Tom leads a global team of specialists, analysts, meteorologists and weather experts who provide critical insights in the agriculture market, including supply and demand-based forecasts, agricultural flows, import and export analysis, and price assessments. His team also forecasts short-term weather and long-range climate patterns along with their impacts on agriculture and energy markets. The teams’ content are available within LSEG’s Eikon and Workspace platforms, as well as various data feed products. Tom has been with the team for 14 years, and has a B.S. in Meteorology, and M.S. in Geography/Climatology, both from Northern Illinois University.

Drew has spent over a decade in the power industry, specializing in energy trading, origination, analytics, and portfolio management. He has held key roles at SB Energy, Shell, Enverus, Renewable Energy Systems (RES), and the Alliance for Cooperative Energy Services (ACES). Throughout his career, Drew has been passionate about solving complex problems, improving efficiency, and developing processes to enhance accuracy and reliability.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University. A devoted Python enthusiast, Drew firmly believes that there’s no problem the language can’t help solve, whether in business or just for fun.
Drew lives in Houston with his wife and their two daughters, seven-year-old Nora and three-year-old Mila, who keep him on his toes. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and biking, though he admits that skiing is much harder to come by in Houston than cycling.

Saheed Olayiwola is a Senior Data Scientist with LSEG and a versatile professional certified engineer (USA) with more than 10 years of industrial, management, and economic analysis for business development. I have worked with different petroleum modelling software and have strong familiarity with MATLAB, python, VBA, Machine Learning and deep learning, and other management software. I have presented and published several publications in different conferences and reputable journals on modelling, economic and price modelling, fracturing, PVT, and petroleum recovery. I joined the North America Natural Gas team of LSEG as a Quantitative analyst since April 2022 working on updating supply and demand models for NA gas storage. Forecasting the future demand and supply to predict the future storage.
Previously, I have worked with the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore (ADCO) Operations (now ADNOC Onshore) for 3 years as a reservoir engineer. In addition, I have also worked as researcher and post-doc research for different organizations (University of Wyoming, ADNOC Research Center (petroleum Institute), Khalifa University (Petroleum Institute)). I have Ph.D. in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming, USA, in August 2020, an MSc. from the Khalifa University of Science and Technology (Petroleum Institute), UAE, in Dec 2013, and BSc. From the University of Benin, Nigeria, in Nov 2008.

Aishwarya Gogoi serves as the Research Manager for Carbon at LSEG Commodities Research. She manages the research team responsible for environmental markets in North America and global voluntary carbon markets, with a focus on developing research content and analytics for LSEG products. Aishwarya is involved in market supply and demand analysis, price forecasting, and providing support to customers interpreting data from LSEG D&A.
Aishwarya joined LSEG in 2019 after serving as Senior Refined Products Analyst in LSEG Oil Research & Forecasts, Americas. She brings oil and gas industry expertise and holds a B.Tech from PDEU, India, and an MSc from the University of Houston, both in Petroleum Engineering.
