Adrian has over 25 years of experience building transformational businesses and supporting enterprise technology platforms at the intersection of finance, data, analytics, and visualization. At Microsoft he currently serves as General Manager for Microsoft Cloud for Industry - Capital Markets and was previously Partner & Head of Product Strategy, Microsoft Cloud for Industry - Financial Services.

Chris Bruner is Chief Product Officer at Tradeweb Markets, where he is focused on executing the firm’s vision for entering new markets, expanding Tradeweb’s ability to deliver cross-product capabilities across asset classes and client segments, and drive consistency in the firm’s approach to the product implementation process across businesses.

Prior to his current role, Bruner was Managing Director and Head of U.S. Institutional Fixed Income, where he led Product and Sales across all credit and rates products for the Tradeweb U.S. Institutional sector. Prior to this, Bruner was Head of U.S. Credit Product and was focused on advancing the development of the firm’s product offering and building the firm’s presence in credit markets globally.

Previously, Bruner worked in a senior credit trading role at JP Morgan Chase, and has extensive experience in credit markets, technology and electronic trading. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Citadel Securities heading the Algorithmic Credit Trading business. Earlier, Bruner managed the FX Quant Advisory and Development team at UBS Investment Bank where he was instrumental in the development of electronic FX and derivatives markets. Bruner started his career in exchange traded derivatives with SBC O’Connor in 1994.

Bruner holds a B.S. from MIT.

Michael Schrage is a Visiting Fellow in the Imperial College Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship where he examines the various roles of models, prototypes, and simulations as collaborative media for innovation risk management.

He has served as an advisor on innovation issues and investments to major firms, including Mars, Procter & Gamble, Google, Intel, BT, Siemens, NASDAQ, IBM, and Alcoa.

In addition, Michael has advised segments of the national security community on cyberconflict and cybersecurity issues. He has presented workshops on design experimentation and innovation risk for businesses, organizations, and executive education programs worldwide. Along with running summer workshops on future technologies for the Pentagon’s Office of Net Assessment, he has served on the technical advisory committee of MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory. He has been a contributor to such prestigious publications as the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, strategy+business, IEEE Software, and the Design Management Journal.

With more than 18 years in financial markets, Ramzi ‘s trading experiences cover a wide range of products with a strong focus on fixed income. He amassed a wide experience across different markets by working in many different locations, across Europe, Asia and North America. Given his strong quantitative background, Ramzi has played a key role in the digitalization of trading platforms and risk management systems. In addition, Ramzi is part-time Adjunct Professor, teaching different topics in Finance and Data Analytics. Ramzi holds a BA in Economics From the American University of Beirut, a MS Degree in Mathematical Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University).

Sylvia Jablonski is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Defiance ETFs. Sylvia is a pioneer in the ETF industry and a top expert recognized for her market expertise on television and radio, including CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox, WSJ, Barron’s, Yahoo and Forbes to name a few. Sylvia manages Defiance‘s investment outlook, capital markets, and product development. Prior to joining Defiance Sylvia was Managing Director at Direxion.

Ben is global co-head of Marquee Distribution. Marquee is the digital storefront of the Global Markets Division, working to better serve institutional investors across asset classes through more integrated digital delivery of market insights, portfolio and instrument analytics, and electronic trading. In addition to transforming our risk intermediation services, through Marquee the firm is incubating new recurring Software-as-a-Service revenues through our suite of programmatic content and analytics.

Ben was a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2002 and joined the firm full time as a Foreign Exchange trader in New York in 2003. Ben subsequently transferred to Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales and moved to London in 2007 to roll-out of the firm’s first generation FX electronic trading platforms. Since 2011, he was responsible for managing the Macro Cross-Asset Sales team in Europe. Ben returned to the US in 2015 with the launch of the MAPS team, where he led the FICC macro sales part of the team. He was named managing director in 2013.

He has four children, and serves on the board of Covenant House NYC (ny.covenanthouse.org) and Church of the CIty - NYC (church.nyc). Ben graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a BA in American History and Literature.

Jenn Giacobbe is the Global Head of Investment Banking and Sell Side Research. Having begun her career within Investment Banking at DLJ, she has a deep understanding of sell-side workflows. Prior to joining LSEG, she served as SVP and Director of Investment Banking Product Development at FactSet.

Brunner founded ModuleQ in 2011 to pursue his vision for People-Facing AI that empowers professionals by understanding their business priorities and helping them work smarter. He received his PhD in Information, Technology & Management at Harvard University, where he studied digital transformation of business. Brunner holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford, where he studied the design of data fusion systems with AI pioneer Professor Edward Feigenbaum. Brunner has peer-reviewed publications in artificial intelligence and operations management and received a U.S. patent for ModuleQ’s Personal Data Fusion AI technology.

Anna is an experienced operator and the former COO of the online training company Linux Academy. She loves building high-performing teams with a focus on go-to-market, people development, and culture. Outside of work, Anna splits her time between Nashville & New York and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
